Intelligence (IQ): Great at tracking, riding, and battle strategy
Education: He knows about elf magic and medicine, but it's not clear if he can actually use magic himself. He also has lots of wisdom because of his elvish upbringing, so his will is stronger than most men.
Occupation: Heir to the throne of Gondor, member of the Fellowship of the Ring (and arguably the leader after Gandalf disappears in the Mines of Moria)
Religion/Philosophy: Religious affiliation, if any, is unclear, but he believes in the good of Middle-Earth and wants to help save it. He also is also very hopeful, even when the odds are stacked against him.
